The on-call work includes furnishing all labor, materials, tools, transportation, equipment, and facilities required for generator preventative maintenance, routine inspections and repair services as needed by the City of Vallejo. The Contractor will provide generator preventative maintenance, routine inspections and repair services on any of the City-owned or leased properties including, but shall not be limited to, the areas located within the City of Vallejo such as the fire stations, Corporation Yard, Fleming Hill Water Treatment Plant, Green Valley Water Treatment Plant, Travis Air Force Based Water Treatment Plant, 26 pump stations, Lake Frey, Lake Madigan, Lake Curry, Skyview Tank, Cordelia Reservoir, and other reservoirs. Please see Attachment 1 for the Master Generator List that has additional details.
