Written responses to all questions and/or requests for clarifications will be issued as an addendum to the solicitation no later than Monday, August 17, 2026, to all those who have registered with Bid Locker and downloaded the specifications and bid documents. Any interested party may register with Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/Account/Signup at no cost and access the solicitation documents. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud via a virtual meeting. A link to join the meeting will be emailed to all parties who have registered with Bid Locker regarding this IFB. All blanks on each form provided by the City in connection with this IFB must be filled in, and no change shall be made to any part of the text of the form. Prospective bidders that obtain this document from any source other than Bid Locker, should immediately register with Bid Locker to ensure receipt of addenda and other communications regarding thissolicitation.
