    The Genesee Transportation Council (GTC) seeks proposals for consulting services to conduct the Genesee, Orleans, and Wyoming Multi-County Guiderail Assessment. The purpose of the project is to evaluate county guiderail infrastructure and identify locations where repair, upgrade/replacement, installation, or removal of obsolete guiderail is warranted. The project will develop a comprehensive, data-driven inventory and prioritization of guiderail needs across the three counties.
