    Description

    Grays Harbor Transportation Authority (GHTA) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from experienced and qualified architectural and engineering (A&E) firms to prepare a Capital Infrastructure and Zero-Emission Vehicle (ZEV) Master Plan.The selected firm will evaluate GHTA’s existing transit infrastructure, including bus stops, shelters, signage, and transit centers, and develop a long-term improvement and replacement program that supports GHTA’s operational goals and future service needs. The Master Plan must comply with Washington State Executive Order 20-01 regarding state vehicle electrification, Washington State Department of Transportation’s ADA and design requirements as outlined in the Local Agency Guidelines (LAG) Manual where applicable, and Federal Transit Administration ADA facility accessibility guidelines, including the Public Rights-of-Way Accessibility Guidelines (PROWAG) as incorporated into 49 CFR Part 37 effective January 17, 2025.The resulting plan will guide GHTA’s capital program, support ZEV transition planning, and ensure that future transit infrastructure investments meet all relevant state and federal requirements.
