The successful bidder will be required to provide performance and labor and material payment bonds in the full amount of the agreed contract price. Bidders are further advised that this project is subject to the prevailing wage requirements of Connecticut General Statutes Section 31-53. This project is also subject to State set-aside and contract compliance requirements. Bidders are also hereby alerted to the schedule requirements as outlined in Special Conditions Section 11.00.
