The successful bidder will be required to provide performance and labor and material payment bonds in the full amount of the agreed contract price. Bidders are further advised that this project is subject to the prevailing wage requirements of Connecticut General Statutes Section 31-53. This contract is subject to state spending allocation goals and contract compliance requirements including non-discrimination requirements enforced by the CHRO.
