    The City of Davenport is accepting bids for the Glaspell Street Rehabilitation Project, from Rolff Street to Birchwood Court. This project is located along Glaspell Street from Rolff Street to Birchwood Court and Birchwood Court from Glaspell Street to Farragut Place. The proposed improvements include, but are not limited to, the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment for the resurfacing of the existing asphalt pavement, resetting of all existing utility surface features to finished grade, reconstruction of sidewalk at the intersections including ADA ramp construction, topsoil, sodding, and erosion control.
