Project Description: The project includes replacement of existing infrastructure and restoration of the solids handling system at the Golden Acres Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP), including demolition of existing equipment and structures shown on the Drawings. Proposed improvements consist of installation of sludge holding tanks, blowers, aeration systems, sludge pumps, concrete equipment pads and metal canopies, process piping, valves, and appurtenances, concrete paving and sidewalks, yard piping, and associated electrical, instrumentation, SCADA, and control system upgrades, together with all required sitework, grading, drainage, and site restoration and all related subsidiary and incidental work necessary to provide a complete and operational system in accordance with the plans and specifications.
