The City of Boulder (City or Owner) is soliciting “Statements of Qualifications” (SOQ) for General Contractor Prequalification from contractors interested in submitting a bid for construction of the Goose Creek Interceptor Pipeline Replacement – Phase 2 (GCI-PH2 or Project). The purpose of this solicitation is to establish the eligibility of General Contractors to bid at a later date on the construction of the Project.
