Questions from prospective Responders regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing to Andrew.Stori@state.mn.us no later than April 10th, 2026, 2:00 PM CST. All questions received by the cutoff date and time will be responded to via an addendum. Contact regarding this solicitation with any State personnel other than the Buyer listed above may result in rejection of the response. If you have any product(s) or material(s) that you want considered as approved equal(s) to the product(s) and/or material(s) identified within Exhibit C of the Sample Contract, you MUST submit these as questions to Andrew.Stori@state.mn.us prior to the questions deadline found in Section 1. NO PRODUCTS WILL BE CONSIDERED AS APPROVED EQUALS THAT WERE NOT EMAILED TO THE CONTACT LISTED ABOVE BEFORE THE END OF THE Q&A DEADLINE.
