Evaluation Criteria

• Bid Evaluation / Low Bid Review (100 pts) —

  All bids will be evaluated based on the total price submitted in the Pricing Table. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder in accordance with California public works procurement law. Bids will be reviewed for responsiveness, including verification of bid bond, contractor license, and DIR registration.

• Bid Bond (10% of Bid Amount) (required) —

  Upload a bid bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid. Failure to provide a bid bond may result in the bid being deemed non-responsive.

• Contractor's License (required) —

  Upload a valid contractor's license with appropriate classification for this project. Failure to upload a valid contractor's license may result in the bid being deemed non-responsive.

• DIR Registration (required) —

  Upload proof of current registration with the California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). Contractor must be registered at the time of bid submission and remain in good standing through the duration of the project. Failure to provide valid DIR registration may result in the bid being deemed non-responsive.

• Non-Collusion Affidavit (required) —

  Upload a completed and signed Non-Collusion Affidavit. Failure to submit this document may result in the bid being deemed non-responsive.

• Addenda Acknowledgement (required) —

  Upload a signed Addenda Acknowledgement form confirming receipt of all issued addenda. Failure to acknowledge addenda may result in the bid being deemed non-responsive.
