    A: Yes, please use question 6.1 under the Vendor Questionnaire to upload any additional information that did not fit under another question, but that you want the District to consider when evaluating your proposal.


    Q (Vendor References): Are there any restriction on vendor recommendations regarding whether they need to be from different companies? Or within large organizations can a vendor be considered that department?

    A: Please read the instructions under Scope of Work, 7.6 References as well as both reference attachments.

    A: Pricing is not the sole factor for consideration. There is an incumbent. It is not known if incumbent will submit a bid.
