    The project will retrofit, for adaptive reuse, Building 369, aformer storage and maintenance facility at the Great Park in Irvine, with a change of usefrom storage to assembly, with scope which shall include, but not be limited to:Demolition work, including the partial removal of existing tilt-up concrete panels, removalof all exterior glazing and roof openings, and of the existing interior mezzanines.Additional demolition work includes the removal of all existing mechanical, electrical, andplumbing systems, fire sprinklers, and fire alarm. New work includes seismic retrofitting,new exterior glazing, skylights, roofing, interior partitions, doors, restrooms, andmechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire alarm, and fire sprinkler systems along with otheritems not mentioned here but required by the Plans and Special Provisions. The Projectincludes deferred submittals for stud framing, fire alarm, and fire sprinklers.
