    The City of Irvine (hereinafter referred to as the “City”) is requesting proposals to establish acontract for the Great Park Paid Parking System, with work to commence on or about June 2026with system and equipment operable for the Phase 1 parking spaces (4,419 spaces) bySeptember 2026 and ongoing support until August 31, 2027. The City reserves the right to extendthe contract for additional one (1) year periods. The City reserves the right to negotiate to expand the services to additional paid parking locations and amend this agreement at its discretion.
