Greater Southeast Management District - Columbia Tap Trail Lighting Improvements

 

The Columbia Tap Trail Lighting Improvements project consists of furnishing and installing new pedestrian lighting along the Columbia Tap Trail between the Emancipation Avenue and Dixie Drive trailheads in Houston’s Northern Third Ward. Work includes installation of light poles, luminaires, electrical service connections, conduit and wiring, and associated controls, as well as coordination with existing utilities and restoration of disturbed areas. The project has the goal of improving nighttime visibility, public safety, and overall usability of the trail corridor.
