The Green River Schools ADA Upgrades Project is comprised of ADA upgrades in front of Monroe Elementary and Lincoln Middle School on Monroe Avenue in Green River, Wyoming. The project includes removal of sidewalk and curb and gutter and installation of ADA-compliant ramps, sidewalks, curb and gutter, striping, and pedestrian crossing signs and rectangular rapid flashing beacons. The cost of the Plans and Specifications is non-refundable. A mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for April 28, 2026, at 1:30 pm local time beginning at the Old Courtroom (lower level) in City Hall, 50 East 2nd North Street in Green River, Wyoming. No bid shall be awarded by the City until such time as the City has had sufficient time to study all bids to see that said bid will meet the standards as set out in the specifications. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of five (5) percent of the amount of bid. No checks will be accepted. Bid Bond must be issued in the name of the bidder. Successful bidder shall be required to provide Performance and Payment Bonds each in the total amount of the bid. The General Contractor listed in the Bid package must be currently listed in the Wyoming Department of Transportation’s Prequalified Contractors List with an unexpired membership to be prequalified to submit a Bid for the GREEN RIVER SCHOOLS ADA UPGRADES PROJECT.
