Greenville CDBG Downtown Revitalization Program

The CITY OF GREENVILLE will receive bids for Greenville CDBG Downtown Revitalization Program
2024, under Grant Number CDM24-0022, until 2:00 PM on the 7th day of April, 2026. Bid responses
must be clearly marked and delivered to the City of Greenville Purchasing Department at 2821
Washington Street, Greenville, TX 75401, or via U. S. Mail to P.O. Box 1049, Greenville, TX 75401. The
bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:00 PM on the 7th day of April, 2026, at the Greenville
Council Chambers, 2821 Washington Street, Greenville, TX 75401. Late bids will not be accepted.

Bids are invited for several items and quantities of work, including the following:

Installation of sidewalks, crosswalks, pavement improvements, and pedestrian lighting
along Wesley Street, between Jordan Street and Pickett Street.

Bid/Contract Documents, including Drawings and Technical Specifications, are on file for review at
Greenville City Hall, 2821 Washington Street, Greenville, TX 75401, and with MTG Engineers &
Surveyors, Inc., 5930 Summerhill Road, Texarkana, TX 75503.

Electronic copies of the Bid/Contract Documents may be obtained at no charge, or printed copies may
