    Description

The Airfield Pavement Repairs – Rehabilitate Terminal Apron project includes isolated areas of concrete pavement repairs within a portion of the Terminal Apron area. The concrete terminal aprons are remnants from the USAF and were constructed in the 1940s. Concrete cracks and spalled areas are evident and have created uneven pavement with loose aggregate, contributing to foreign object debris (FOD) concerns. Concrete pavement repairs will consist of partial depth spall repairs, isolated full depth repairs using PCC pavement, crack repair and joint sealant repair. Total concrete pavement repair area is approximately 9,210 SF. This contract is subject to compliance with Article 8 of the New York State Labor Law regarding prevailing rate of wages. DBE/SBE participation is encouraged. Business enterprises awarded an identical or substantially similar procurement contract within the past five years: None
