Ground Storage Tank No. 2 Replacement at Water Plant No. 2 and Water Plant Improvements Grand Mission MUD No. 1

Water Plant No. 1: The work includes but is not limited to: Blasting and recoating aboveground piping and valves of Ground Storage Tank No. 3 (constructed in 2013); blasting and recoating of the exterior of Hydropneumatic Tank No. 2 (constructed in 2006) including aboveground piping and valves.

Water Plant No. 2: The work includes but is not limited to: Blasting and recoating aboveground piping and valves of Ground Storage Tank No. 1 (constructed in 2008); removal and replacement of the 428,000-gallon galvanized bolted Ground Storage Tank No. 2 (constructed in 2008) with a 350,000-gallon prestressed concrete ground storage tank including foundation, piping modification, electrical integration/modifications, and associated site modifications to accommodate the new tank; touch-up coating the exterior of Hydropneumatic Tank No. 1 (constructed in 2008); replacement of Booster Pump Nos. 1 and 2 with new 1,250 gpm, 75 hp split-case booster pumps including electric motors, discharge heads, and factory tests.

Water Plant No. 3: The work includes but is not limited to: Blasting and recoating the interior and exterior of Hydropneumatic Tank No. 1 (constructed in 2016) including aboveground piping and valves; touch-up coating of the exterior of Hydropneumatic Tank No. 2 constructed in 2020.
