    Description

    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The School Board of Brevard County, Florida, henceforth referred to as the District or School Board is accepting sealed responses for Group Life, AD&D, Disability, and Voluntary Worksite Insurance Plans (26-1136-N-DR).

    Project Overview

    The purpose of this Invitation to Negotiate is to select a qualified firm(s) to provide group life, accidental death and dismemberment, short and long term disability, and voluntary worksite insurance services for eligible employees. The District seeks a provider(s) that offers high-quality, cost-effective coverage, with the flexibility to negotiate plan design, pricing, and service options that best meet the needs of the District and its employees.

    The deadline to submit questions related to this solicitation is 2:00 pm on Monday, June 22, 2026.

    Sealed responses for furnishing the above will be accepted up to 2:00 pm on Thursday, July 2, 2026.

    NOTE: Respondents are required to submit responses electronically via the OpenGov e-Procurement Platform. Respondents shall not be permitted to hand-deliver, mail, telephone, fax or email offers.

    Responses received after the submission deadline and/or transmitted outside of the designated OpenGov e-Procurement Platform shall be rejected.

      3. Account team qualifications, including but not limited to relevant credentials, tenure, and public-section account experience on the assigned team.
      4. Data security, compliance, and audits.
      5. Provide a minimum of three (3) reference letters from owner representatives for projects that your Firm has provided or is providing services which are similar in scope to this ITN. Reference letters shall be current, dated within three (3) years of this solicitation. The reference from the owner representative must  be provided on their letterhead, and include details regarding your Firm’s role, level of service provided, etc. Letters from School Board of Brevard County staff shall not be considered.
