    Description

Purpose of Procurement Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposals (eRFP) is being issued to establish an agency contract for one year with 9-1 year renewal options with a qualified supplier who will provide Digital Media Assets and Campus Safety Devices to the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia by and on behalf of Georgia State University (the State Entity) as further described in this eRFP. Georgia State University ("GSU" or "University") is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified firms ("Offerors") to provide, at no cost to GSU during the term of the agreement, a comprehensive turnkey program to: (i) acquire, install, operate, sell advertising for, and maintain digital media advertising assets (e.g., outdoor digital billboards, kiosks, media boards, and similar displays) placed at approved locations around GSU¿s six campus locations; and (ii) install, operate, and maintain campus safety technology devices (including, at a minimum, video and analytics capabilities compatible with GSU¿s existing Genetec environment) mounted on Georgia Power poles at approved campus locations. The anticipated business structure is a revenue share concession agreement under which the selected Offeror will recover its capital and operating costs through the sale of advertising and will remit to GSU a percentage of Net Sign Revenue. Mandatory Pre-bid: Thursday, May 14, 2026 @10:00 am at Georgia State's University's Centennial Hall, 100 Auburn Avenue, Room 522, Atlanta, GA 30303.
