    This project consists of rehabilitation improvements to two water storage tanks located at Well #1 and Well #5. Work for the tank at Well #1 includes spot surface preparation of corroded areas on the tank floor plates and application of a protective Sika Guard coating to prevent future leaks. Work for the tank at Well #5 includes sandblasting and recoating the interior surfaces of the tank, as well as replacement of the internal ladder, water access hatch, roof vent, roof rafters, and exterior fall protection system. All work includes restoration of disturbed areas and completion of improvements necessary to return the tanks to service.
