Construction will require closure and detours (MOT) of Guilford Road during construction. This work also includes all associated structures and storm drain extensions to stream, embankment grading, installation of a geosynthetic clay liner, concrete embankment armoring, utility relocation and coordination per the attached plan. Two (2) access points for construction will be on opposite sides of Guilford Road, approximately 0.6 miles east of the intersection of Guilford Road and US Route 1 (Washington Boulevard).
