THOSE LATE/NOT ATTENDING WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL. HOWEVER, THOSE PROPOSERS THAT ATTENDED THE INFORMATION SESSION FOR RFP 8754 ARE EXCUSED FROM ATTENDING THIS RFP’S MANDATORY INFORMATION SESSION.
