The Housing Authority of Baltimore City (“HABC") on behalf of itself and its affiliate Baltimore Affordable Housing Development (“BAHD”) is requesting proposals from qualified and interested property management firms (individually, a "Responder" and collectively, the "Responders") to submit proposals demonstrating their ability to operate and manage numerous HABC and BAHD owned low-income and affordable housing properties (the "Properties") in the Baltimore area as identified by HABC. A list of the properties for management at this time and within the next five (5) years pursuant to this Request for Proposals ("RFP") are set forth below and in Attachment 15 of this RFP. Pursuant to this RFP, HABC reserves the right to award more than one contract for services that will be required hereunder.
