Hamilton County Fiber Ring

Hamilton County’s Information Systems Services Department (“ISSD”) intends to build a resilient, standards compliant physical fiber ring to link critical County facilities in Noblesville, IN. In accordance with Ind. Code § 5-23-5, the Hamilton County ISSD invites any and all qualified developers to submit Proposals and Statements of Qualifications to enter into a public-private agreement to design, build, finance, develop, operate, and transfer a physical fiber ring (the “Project”) in order to fulfill essential utility needs for the County.
