Construction of public water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and paving improvements serving a 9.01-acre tract within East Montgomery County MUD No. 12 in Montgomery County, Texas. Work includes installation of 8-inch public water line, 8-inch sanitary sewer, storm sewer system, water line offsets, Harrington Drive right-of-way paving improvements, traffic control, SWPPP measures, and associated appurtenances.

Project includes pavement widening of Harrington Drive to serve future development known as Harrington Trails.
