All bids shall be submitted online through the CivCastUSA website no later than the above specified time. Bids will remain sealed until the bid time and a bid tabulation will be published on CivCastUSA after the specified time.
A pre-bid conference is MANDATORY for this project. Any project or bidding questions are to be Via CivCast: Q/A portion of the project site. Questions are to be submitted a minimum of 2 business days prior to the bid date to accommodate any addendums, if necessary.

Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified cashier’s check, acceptable to the Owner, in an amount not less than 10% of the total amount of the bid, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into the Contract and execute the bonds on the forms provided and provide the required insurance certificates within 7 days after the date of notice of award
No bid shall be withdrawn sixty (60) days after the opening of bids without the written consent of the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any bids and to waive any informalities in bidding. A decision concerning the award of the Contract will be made public as soon as possible.
