Fuller Road Management Corporation is seeking a qualified, experienced, responsive, and responsible contractor that has successfully completed three (3) contracts similar in size, scope and complexity to this contract within the last five (5) years to: provide professional construction services for the fabrication of the Hazardous Production Material (“HPM”) Expansion building (“HPMX”) in Albany, NY. The Project must comply with all applicable NYS Building Codes, ADA Guidelines, NFPA 80 standards, Homeland Security Guidelines for storage of Chemicals of interest (COI), NFPA 30, NFPA 400, Creates requirements, and regulations to ensure legality and safety. Using their expertise, the Professional Construction Firm is expected to provide all necessary trade labor to build and complete the project competently and skillfully. They are responsible for delivering as-built drawings for the project's construction, improvement, or reconstruction by the dates specified in the RFP. There will be a mandatory site visit that you must attend on 01/08/26 with the deadline for registration on 01/07/26 at 4:00PM. The bid is due on 02/02 by 3:00PM.
