    Description

    The Buffalo Public Schools (BPS) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide hazardous waste management and disposal services for approximately 70 schools and facilities. Hazardous waste management services include collection, inventory, storage, handling, packaging, documentation, transportation, transfer and disposal of hazardous waste. These hazardous wastes include but are not limited to, old paints, paint thinners, kerosene, fuel oil, printing inks and cleaners, boiler chemical treatment, lab chemicals including nitric acid, sulfuric acid and potassium hydroxide. Disposal includes but is not limited to recycling, treatment, neutralization, processing, destruction and/or disposal in a hazardous waste landfill.
