Subrecipient (also known as “Applicant” or “Selected Applicant”) should seek to integrate the Services into existing social service delivery models through partnerships and collaborations, thus enabling Dallas residents to access a variety of benefits, services and resources designed to advance economic mobility. The Services will be provided to very low to moderate income households of the City of Dallas. Funding for the program will be provided through the City of Dallas Community Development Block Grant (CDBG). Funding is subject to appropriation and contingent upon (a) recommendation by the City Manager in the budget and approval by City Council, and (b) the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s approval of the City’s Annual Action Plan and execution of the grant agreements.
