This site is next to a burned down former hospital that is the subject of a brownfield clean up grant that has been submitted and is awaiting an award decision. The former Lathrop Youth Camp located at 12 W. Highway 160, Walsenburg, CO 81089. This site consists of 5 main buildings and HCED seeks concepts for reuse and repurposing of the site.
