The existing door is to be removed and upgraded to a larger door with existing hardware to be reinstalled. New plumbing is required to run within the ceiling of first floor to accommodate a new sink with eyewash. New headwalls are Owner provided and Contractor installed. New electrical outlets and data at each bed location and headwall. Health Science Room 210 The project consists of the existing 862 sq ft Health Sciences classroom 210 to be renovated to meet the needs of lab space for LCCC students. The renovation includes upgrades containing but not limited to; wall paint, flooring, vinyl base and appropriate transitions, installation of wall protection and corner guards, as well as roller shades. The existing casework will remain with no changes to plumbing necessary, and existing door and hardware to remain. Furring wall is to be installed to accommodate the installation of the Owner provided headwalls. Teaching wall visual displays to be moved and reinstalled.
