The selected Contractor agrees that they will conduct a site visit to verify the necessary quantities and submit a cost proposal for the emergency repairs. The Contractor must be prepared to mobilize within eight (8) hours after receipt of Notice from the Authority. The Authority will be receive responses through its electronic procurement site at https://viportbids.ionwave.net By submitting a proposal, the Respondent confirms their availability to respond to the Authority’s request to mobilize within the eight (8) hours of receiving notice.
