Both the park and the golf course are owned and operated by the Johnson County Park and Recreation District. This project includes installation of a new irrigation system on an existing golf course. The work will be phased to keep portions of the golf course open during construction activities. The Owner will be purchasing the sprinkler heads, valves, controllers, and other Rainbird-branded products directly from the manufacturer for incorporation into the work. A pre-bid meeting will be held March 12, 2026 @ 2:00 PM CDT at the Heritage Park Golf Course Clubhouse Green Room, 16447 Constance Street, Olathe, KS 66062. ATTENDANCE IS MANDATORY for all bidders. Plans and specifications may be downloaded from the Ionwave site using the "Attachments" tab above. Questions may be submitted through the Ionwave site and clarifications and addenda will be issued through the Ionwave site.
