Scope of Work • Coordination with Digsafe • Location and mapping of existing utilities in the project area • Contractor must be familiar with high risk, tight digs, and preferably have experience with jetting capabilities. • Must use certified flagging company during any work within the roadway • Coordination with Vermont Electric Coop to stabilize a utility pole adjacent to project area • Coordination with H2O innovation for water shut off and relieve pressure from system • Removal of abandoned pipe off mainline • Perform all pressure testing and backfill of area to ensure stabilization and future integrity of line • Coordinate line flushing and boil water notice with businesses, operators, and board. • Complete cleanup and site preparation for concrete, topsoil, seed and hay. • Be sure to advise H2O Innovation when water quality testing is needed • Use of Trench Box is required at the dig site Cleanup and Final Inspection • Remove all equipment, debris, and materials from the site. • Prepare area for reseeding of grass or cement work as needed • Conduct a final inspection with the Town of Brighton representative and H2O Innovation Special Considerations Project must be completed by July 1 or started after July 6 due to July 4th celebration planned in the park
