Imperial Irrigation District (IID), an irrigation district established under Division 11 of the California Water Code, Sections 20500 et seq., that provides non-potable water, farm drainage and power services to the lower southeastern portion of California's desert, is requesting proposals from highly qualified Respondents to:Provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment and transportation necessary to perform the installation of approximately 1,800 lf. of 8” high pressure fire suppression water line at 13th Street, 14th Street and the P2 Parking Lot. The excavated trench will be backfilled, according to specifications, and a new 4” thick AC cold patch will be installed. This work will take place in the Headquarters Yard at 333 E. Mandatory Meeting/JobwalkThere will be a mandatory meeting and jobwalk to follow which will be held on Thursday, April 30, 2026 at 8:00 a.m., Local Time, at IID’s J-04 Water Control Conference Room located at 333 E. Barioni Blvd., CA 92251, see page 8 for map and directions. The jobwalk will be conducted following the meeting. Firms planning to attend should confirm their attendance with Mr. Marty P. Holbrook, purchasing agent via email to purchasing@iid.com. Responses will not be accepted from respondents not attending this mandatory meeting (see attached files). Prospective respondents must be present and signed in prior to the start of the mandatory meeting. Anyone not signed in at the official start of the meeting will be considered late and will not be allowed to submit a proposal. Anyone who does not attend the entire mandatory meeting will not be credited with attending.2.
