Paper copies may be picked up at the Purchasing Department, 2nd Floor, Schenectady County Office Building at 620 State Street, Schenectady, New York, 12305 between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. weekdays, but must be requested via email 24 hours in advance. All proposals must be delivered in a sealed envelope marked “Bid” and stating Highway Construction Services Bid 2026 - 6.3 F2 Top Course HMA, 80 Series Compaction, RFB-2026-14, to the Purchasing Agent, no later than May 26, 2026 at 11:00 AM at which time they will be opened.
