    Description

    This project consists of roadway improvements along Hillcrest Street, extending from
    Fort Worth Street to Stell Avenue, within the existing 50-foot right-of-way for
    approximately 1,975 linear feet. Proposed improvements consist of reconstructing
    Hillcrest Street with a 29-foot back-to-back concrete curb & gutter roadway and
    incorporating a 2-inch Type D Hot Mix Asphalt Concrete (HMAC) surface course
    over a 6-inch Type B HMAC base course. Sidewalks will be constructed along both
    sides of Hillcrest Street from Fort Worth Street to Dayton Road, and along the east
    side from Dayton Road to Stell Avenue, all within the existing right-of-way limits.
