INVITATION FOR BIDS: HARBORMASTER PATROL BOAT

The Town of Edgartown is seeking bids from qualified and experienced contractors for A NEW HARBORMASTER PATROL BOAT contract for the Town of Edgartown.

Bid documents are available electronically or in hard copy; please call 774-310-5106 or email hmclaughlin@edgartown-ma.us to obtain a copy.

Bids must be submitted to the Edgartown Procurement Office at Town Hall, 70 Main St., Edgartown, MA 02539 in a sealed package plainly marked “BID FOR NEW HARBORMASTER PATROL BOAT, Ref. HME-26-01” on or before 10:00 PM, Wednesday, May 20, 2026. No bids submitted after that time will be accepted.  Bids must include all the required materials and information; the award will be made within fifteen (15) days after the due date. The Town of Edgartown reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in bids received whenever such rejection or waiver is in its best interest. The Town of Edgartown adheres to all applicable Massachusetts General Laws, including Chapter 30, Section 39M, and Chapter 30B, Section 5, regarding procurement regulations.
