Downtown Flagstaff.

25% Upon contract execution

Lighting locations:
• Wheeler Park, 212 W. Aspen Ave - six (6) trees. Power sources are available via pedestal at the
park.
• City Hall, 211 W. Aspen Ave - the perimeter of the structure is to be lined with lights.
• Library, 300 W. Aspen Ave - the perimeter of the structure is to be lined with lights. Please submit
design layouts.
• Two Spot, corner of Route 66 and San Francisco - the perimeter of the structure is to be lined with
lights.
• Visitor Center, 1 E. Route 66 - the perimeter of the structure to be lined with lights.
• Downtown street trees, north side of Route 66 on both sides of the streets on: Aspen Avenue, San
Francisco Street, Leroux Street and Birch Avenue - 68 trees . Power sources are available via tree
wells and through light poles. Some locations may be included on the southside of the tracks.
Lighting specs include:
• All lights used will be LED, warm white, and applied to be straight, tight and evenly spaced.
• Lighted street trees will be located on the north side of Route 66, and may be included on the
south side of Route 66. Not every tree will be lighted on the listed streets, but those are the
focus areas. Trunks and main branches will be lighted with 4” spacing on the wire and 4” apart.
• All lighting will be placed on a contractor-provided timer, and will illuminate until take-down (or
other date approved by the City of Flagstaff in writing).
• Maintenance and repair will be applied to burned-out strands or bulbs within 24-hours, or as
soon as safe conditions are present in the event of inclement weather.
Wreath décor:
• Install 36 electric wreaths on the decorative green lampposts in downtown Flagstaff, with
locations provided by the City of Flagstaff.
• Wreaths are 60” and plug into the lampposts.
• Installation includes picking up the wreaths from the City of Flagstaff’s warehouse (near the
intersection of North Park and West Santa Fe Avenue near City Hall) and delivery of the
wreaths back to warehouse at the end of the season.

A Bidder must indicate any and all exceptions taken to the requirements, specifications, and/or terms and conditions of this Solicitation, including the form of contract. If "Yes" is selected, please upload a document detailing the exception.
Pursuant to Section 11.3(A)(7) of the Procurement Code Manual, information provided in a Bid shall be confidential so as to avoid disclosure of contents prejudicial to competing Bidders during the process for evaluation. Bids shall be open for public inspection after Contract award. Except to the extent a Bidder designates, and the Director of Procurement concurs, trade secrets or other proprietary data contained in the Bid documents shall remain confidential.
If a Bidder believes that part of a Bid is a trade secret or contains other proprietary data, a Bidder shall mark the page(s) “CONFIDENTIAL” and isolate the pages as an attachment to this form. A Bidder shall also include an explanation why the information is a trade secret or contains other proprietary data.
Requests to deem the entire Bid as confidential will not be considered.
A Bidder must provide notice if it would like confidential information returned after final Contract award (and a Bidder is not selected for contract award). A Bidder is responsible for pick-up.
Upon City Council Contract award, information submitted in response to a Solicitation is subject to disclosure pursuant to the Arizona Public Records Law. A.R.S. § 39-121, et seq. If a Bidder has clearly marked its trade secrets or other proprietary information as “confidential”, the City will endeavor to notify the Bidder prior to release of such information.
The City of Flagstaff is a member of Flagstaff Alliance for the Second Century, along with the Coconino County Community College District, Northern Arizona University, Coconino County and Flagstaff Unified School District. The City is also a member of S.A.V.E. (Strategic Alliance for Volume Expenditures), which consists of numerous municipalities, counties, universities, colleges, schools and other Arizona State agencies. Cooperative purchasing arrangements such as the above are sanctioned by state law and allow a Contractor to sell services and materials to any member of a cooperative group under the same pricing, terms and conditions of contract awarded to the Contractor by any other member, following a competitive procurement process.
