Scope of Work

The City of Weston (the “CITY) is accepting informal quotes for Holiday Lighting Display. Quotes shall be accepted from qualified and experienced CONTRACTORs to furnish: all materials, labor, supervision, mobilization, machinery, supplies, tools, maintenance of traffic, worksite safety measures, and all other incidentals necessary for the installation, maintenance, removal, and storage (if applicable) of holiday lighting displays. The CONTRACTOR shall furnish and install Warm White Commercial Connect 5mm LED lights weather-resistant and waterproof holiday lighting and extension cords, which must be grounded and have a minimum 14-gauge wire suitable for outdoor use and capable of withstanding normal seasonal weather conditions. The CONTRACTOR shall also be responsible for the maintenance of the displays throughout the holiday season, including replacement of burned-out lamps, repair or replacement of damaged or non-functioning lighting or components, responding to service requests within twenty-four (24) hours, and completing repairs or replacements within forty-eight (48) hours of notification. Upon completion of the holiday season, the CONTRACTOR shall safely remove all holiday lighting and associated equipment without damage to CITY property.

Pre-Bid Conference

MANDATORY A Mandatory site visit shall be held in person on August 3, 2026 at 9:30 a.m. local time. All BIDDERS planning to submit a bid are required to attend the site visit.
