This contract consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, service, transportation, and supervision necessary to properly provide the products and services listed in this solicitation, in a safe, effective and efficient manner. All responses to this Invitation to Bid MUST be submitted ELECTRONICALLY through the City of Parkland’s official e-procurement platform powered by PlanetBids. Bid responses submitted by any other means WILL NOT be accepted. All public bid openings will be conducted virtually through Microsoft Teams to promote openness, fairness and ease of participation for all vendors. Submissions received after the submission deadline are not permitted by the bidding system and will not be accepted by the City. ## Pre-Bid Conference NON-MANDATORY A pre-submittal conference followed by a site visit shall be held on May 7, 2026 at 9:00 AM E.S.T. at the City of Parkland City Hall, 6600 University Drive, Parkland, FL 33067 as well as virtually via MS Teams.
