We are requesting bids to include two distinct pricing options: 1)Traditional decorations to cover all four service areas (See Section 3.4- Service Areas) 2) Customized approach to include all traditional decorations across service areas plus recommended enhancements within areas 2, Broadway Corridor, and 3, Monument of States and Lakefront Park. The intent of the RFP is to have a successful Contractor enter into an Agreement with the City of Kissimmee and DKCRA for the desired services. The term of the initial Agreement shall be for the 2026 holiday season.
