Scope of Work
2 Locations: East Jordan Street to East Blount Street and East Blount Street to East Gonzalez Street.
Proposed Improvements The proposed project improvements will include construction of a 12' wide concrete path for approximately 1.31 miles with thermoplastic striping and bicycle symbols, with associated sidewalks for pedestrian and bicycle use within Hollice T. Williams Park from Jordan Street to Gonzalez Street. The curvilinear paths will traverse through the park and connect in some instances to existing amenities like the parking lot, Cecil T Hunter pool and tennis courts, along with connections to adjacent streets for access to the park with associated ADA ramps and crosswalks.
This multi-use path project will include site preparation, grading, and construction of proposed improvements depicted in the design drawings, and any appropriate permitting.
