    Questions & Answers

Q (Clarification on Post-Construction Cleaning Scope): I am reviewing the solicitation documents and wanted to clarify whether post-construction final cleaning is intended to be included within the prime contractor’s scope, or if the County anticipates separate specialty subcontract participation for final turnover cleaning services. If the latter, is there a designated trade classification under which post-construction cleaning firms should submit?

A: The cleaning cost is to be incorporated in the prime bid.

Q (Verify Mandatory Site visit date): Hi, can you please verify the mandatory site visit date is correct?

A: The site visit date is correct.
