    Description

    The Houston Airport System (HAS) is seeking a contractor to provide full depth concrete pavement reconstruction of runway 13R-31L, highspeed taxiways M1 and M3, connector taxiways H, K, L, and M within the runway safety area (RSA) limits, and asphalt mill and overlay of the center 50’ along Taxiway F. As well as reconstructing associated asphalt shoulders and blast pads on all new pavements, new electrical and drainage infrastructure, replacement of runway 13R medium-intensity approach lighting system with runway alignment indicator lights (MALSR) infrastructure with new relocated shelter, and construction of runway 31L glide slope relocation.  New asphalt shoulders on Taxiways D, E, and G are included as a bid alternative.
