The Housing Authority of the City of Hartford (the “Authority”) is seeking to contract through the competitive proposal process with one or more vendors (the “Contractor”) to provide Financial and Housing Development Advisory services on an "as needed, when needed" basis in accordance with the Section 2, Scope of Services. The Authority reserves the right to make one award or multiple awards under this RFP, whichever is deemed to be in its best interest.
