    COUNTY OF AMADOR REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS 26-02 HOUSING DISABILITY AND ADVOCACY PROGRAM (HDAP) PROJECT DESCRIPTION SUMMARY The County of Amador is requesting proposals from qualified Contractor(s) for the Housing and Disability Advocacy Program (HDAP). It is anticipated that one firm will be selected to perform all disability benefit application and advocacy services related to HDAP. Amador County Department of Social Services will provide all housing assistance for the HDAP program and is seeking a qualified agency to provide all services regarding disability application assistance and advocacy for participants of the program. This is to include assistance with and coordination of health care, including behavioral health care, for participants as appropriate, assistance for participants in gathering documentation needed for the disability application process, as well as documentation of all case work throughout the process with each participant from initial application, reconsideration proceedings, if necessary, to benefit receipt or final denial. Qualified bidders may acquire a bid package at the office of General Services Administration located at 12200 B Airport Road, Martell, CA, 95654 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:45 p.m. Monday through Friday; or downloaded from Public Purchase website at www.publicpurchase.com. Sealed bids will be received by the County of Amador Purchasing Office; by U.S. Mail at 12200 B Airport Road, Jackson, CA 95642-9527; by U.P.S., Federal Express, or by other courier to 12200 B Airport Road, Martell, CA; 95654, until 1:30 PM, Thursday, March 19, 2026 at which time sealed bids will be opened and read in the office of the Director of General Services Administration, located at the above Martell address. Bids received late, will be rejected and returned unopened. Telephone, Facsimile (FAX) and E-Mail bids will not be considered.
