The Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Site Visit will be held at Job Site Located at: 334 NW 4th Avenue Delray Beach, FL 33444 Bid Allowance Amounts: This solicitation includes a pass-thru allowance. It is necessary to add your allowance amounts into your bid prices. The City of Delray Beach is exempt from Federal and State Taxes for tangible personal property tax.
